New batch of books arrived!

After the second round of successful fundraising from September to October, we were able to receive another 1,000 books. All are brand new, best selling, high quality picture books, with majority of them hard cover, which is more durable and suitable for library use.

Before distributing/circulating the books to more schools, we utilized this opportunity to host several intensive teacher/parent book review sessions. During these two weeks, more than 30 local teachers and parents will come and review the books, pick their favorites, provide feedback and comments. This serves the purpose to make better match of books and local schools, and also help us continuously improve the book selection.

This is also part of the efforts of BookKnock research on interactive book list and Chinese reading program as second language.
